M27 Office Market - August 2012
Ongoing tough market conditions will mean headline rents and tenant incentive levels will hold firm over the next six months. Southampton and Eastleigh is the only market where take-up has the potential to match last year's level.- We maintain that total 2012 M27 take-up will be down on the 2011 level.
- Total M27 availability is expected to continue its gradual fall.
- Investment transaction levels are expected to remain well down on 2011, as the market stagnates due to the current suply-demand imbalance.
- These ongoing tough market conditions will mean headline rents and tenant incentive levels will hold firm over the next six months.
