BNP Paribas Real Estate moves West End office to Regent Street
BNP Paribas Real Estate has leased 2,735 sq ft space on the top floor of Roxburghe House, 273-287 Regent Street from The Crown Estate for its West End based teams.
The West End team was previously based at 30 Charles II Street in St James, where BNP Paribas Real Estate has exercised a break option.
Dan Bayley, MD of Central London at BNP Paribas Real Estate says: ‘Our new office is located right at the heart of the West End, closer to our clients and within easy access to our HQ building in the City, meaning our teams can work more closely together to provide a more joined-up client service.’
BNP Paribas Real Estate’s UK HQ is based at 5 Aldermanbury Square.
