3 new management mandates in Spain, Hungary and Ireland

BNP Paribas REPM has continued its European expansion since the beginning of the year after securing new management mandates on office buildings in the most sought-after districts of Madrid, Budapest and Dublin

A benchmark mandate on one of central Madrid's historic buildings
madridThe Property Management team has been mandated to manage the property of a historic office building located at the heart of Madrid. Built in 1872 and with a surface area of 6,278 sq m, Alcalá 65 comprises 86 parking spaces, a retail area on the ground floor, five office floors, and a beautiful terrace on the top floor with a superb view of the city. The building, which had been owned since 1934 by Mutua General de Seguros, has been completely refurbished and is currently available for rent to one or several tenants.

A new management mandate in Hungary for a 30,000 sq m office portfolio
bucharestBNP Paribas Real Estate Hungary won a property management tender to manage a 30,000 sq m office portfolio that belongs to Raiffeisen Evolution, an Austrian property developer. The mandate encompasses three office buildings: Rumbach Center, Residence 1 and 2, all of which are located in a very popular area of Budapest. On an increasingly competitive Hungarian market, BNP Paribas Real Estate Hungary's Property Management activity stands out for offering its clients an innovative online property management system: the Blueberry app.

A first step towards working together with the most important Irish Property Trust
dublinProperty Management at BNP Paribas Real Estate Ireland is continuing its expansion after securing a new management mandate on two office buildings in Dublin's CBD, on behalf of Irish Property Unit Trust (IPUT), the biggest Irish Property Trust in the Country. Bishop Square is a 14,265 sq m building, two thirds of which is leased to Government Agencies. News International Plc and IFS (Irl) Ltd are some of its other occupants. The second building, located at 2 Hume Street, covers a total surface area of 1,583 sq m of modern and recently renovated office space and is presently available for rent but with terms agreed with 5 new Occupiers. This building is strategically located in Dublin 2 off St. Stephen’s Green.
