The challenge
- The market for well located residential land in the south of England is incredibly competitive. Persimmon needed support to ensure its bid was put forward in the most acceptable way to the landowner.

- By securing meetings with the vendor we were able to gain an understanding of their expectations for the sale.
- We supported Persimmon through the negotiation process and helped negotiate the heads of terms.
