What we did

  • As part of our contract to provide regular portfolio valuations we benefit from an ongoing dialogue with RLAM and have advised on numerous strategic asset management positions to help them advance the performance of their funds.
  • Working alongside our Asset Management team we have been able to provide RLAM with a range of services to help maximise their individual property and overall portfolio performance.
  • Specific projects include re-gearing office leases and advising on a range of redevelopment prospects for a mixed use scheme in southern England.
  • Our specialist teams are now working closely with RLAM to advise on the acquisition and disposal of a number of properties across the UK, in line with the clients’ investment strategy.
